Why me

I research human–AI collaboration and engineering systems, published in Q1 venues; I lead the Skoltech side of an international R&D programme on agentic AI and model-based systems engineering; and I have founded and shipped multi-agent AI platforms. Before research, I spent twelve years in industry — I know how organizations actually work.
